As an NICEIC Approved Contractor, MM Electrical has been
subject to an exacting examination of their premises, test
equipment, staff qualifications and samples of our installation
work. We are required to:
- Carry out all work according to the Regulations
for Electrical Installations laid down by the Institute
of Electrical Engineers (IEE), and relevant British Standard
Codes of Practice
 Employ
competent electricians with proper supervision- Use materials that conform to the relevant British Standards
- Possess £1m Public Liability Insurance - In fact,
MM Electrical currently holds Public Liability Insurance
to the value of £5 million and Employers Liability
Insurance to the value of £ 10 million.
- Undergo regular inspection to ensure that standards are
being maintained

At MM Electrical we can confidently guarantee a high quality
service due to the high level of excellence we demand from
our employees. We also employ the services of a Health &
Safety Consultancy for ongoing training and advice to ensure
our continuing compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the
service you receive, our membership of NICEIC ensures that
the official complaints procedure is followed to rectify any
problems. If you feel that the standard to which your installation
has been fitted is not high enough, an NICEIC Inspecting Engineer
will make an independent investigation to discover whether
the fault lies with us. If this is the case, we will put it
right at no further cost to you, and if for some reason we
are unable to do this we will appoint another contractor approved
by the NICEIC to carry out the repairs, also at no extra cost.
In short, even in the unlikely situation that work needs
to be assessed and redone, our Guarantee of Standards Scheme
ensures that you won’t pay a penny!
